At Saree from Thambai, we treat every saree with care, just as we would for ourselves. From our store to your doorstep, we ensure your saree reaches you safely and on time.

1. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping within Kerala.
• For all other Indian states, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies.

2. Delivery Time

• We strive to deliver your saree within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
• Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

3. Track Your Order

• Once your saree is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. This lets you follow its journey until it reaches you.

4. Delivery Concerns

• If your parcel arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Share a photo or a short unboxing video so we can assist you quickly.
• Claims after 24 hours may be difficult to process due to courier limitations, so early reporting helps us serve you better.

5. Trusted Couriers

• We work with reliable services like DTDC and India Post (Speed Post) to ensure your saree travels safely and arrives on time.

6. Payment & Refunds

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed directly to your original payment method.
