Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

At Saree from Thambai, we take pride in offering sarees that combine comfort, style, and quality for every woman. Each saree is carefully selected, inspected, and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, we are unable to cancel the order.
We strongly recommend reviewing your order details, including size, color, and delivery address, before confirming payment.

2. Return Policy

Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our sarees, we follow a No Return Policy for reasons such as:

  • Personal preference for color, fabric, or design
  • Change of mind after purchase

Exceptions:
We will consider returns only if the saree is received damaged or defective. To qualify:

  • Share a clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened, the saree inside, and the visible damage.
  • Include your Order ID in the video or message.
  • Send the video and details immediately upon delivery to our WhatsApp number +91-7012791561 or email sareefromthambai@gmail.com.

Our team will review your request and guide you on replacement eligibility.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not issued once an order is confirmed and processed.
In rare cases of verified damage or incorrect items received, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same or similar saree
  • Refund to the original payment method if replacement is unavailable

Please Note:

  • Shipping, handling, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification
